The Local Palate: Chef Profiles

The Local Palate is the South’s premiere food culture publication; a unique blend of culinary history and Southern hospitality, indigenous ingredients, and world class chefs.

When The Local Palate has profiled chefs in Chattanooga, they’ve commissioned me to create the accompanying photography. The shoots below involved photographing dishes, preparation, and portraits of three of Chattanooga’s finest restaurants and chefs: Shelley Cooper of Terra Mae, Erik Niel of Easy Bistro & Bar, and Daniel Lindley of Alleia.
